How should workshops compare parts delivery capability?
Compare confirmed stock, complete-order readiness, dispatch time and arrival arrangements together. For a workshop, the key is whether supply fits the repair schedule.

Stock must refer to this order
A warehouse and inventory show an operating and storage base. Timely fulfilment still depends on the exact items and quantities on this order. Warehouse photographs show the premises; they do not establish today’s stock of a particular part reference.
Separate dispatch and arrival
Same-day dispatch concerns when goods leave. Arrival also depends on the route and carrier arrangement. Record expected dispatch, transport method and arrival separately. Where a repair date is fixed, compare arrival against that date before weighing freight and split shipments.
